Coronavirus Update

Dear customers,

Each passing week seems to last a month and bring with it new challenges. We continue to plan how we will maintain being operational over the coming weeks in these challenging times.

We also wanted to take this moment to update you on the steps we are taking to help protect our staff onsite. We have issued all staff with extra personal protective equipment in addition to the personal hand sanitiser sprays. These will include masks, and gloves for designated tasks.  Daily temperature checks on arrival, social distancing and additional hand washing are still as important as ever.

We continue to dispatch all orders as normal, all orders made before 14:00pm are dispatched the same working day and all orders made after 14:00pm are dispatched the next working day. Unfortunately we are experiencing lengthy delays with our Royal Mail 48 and 24 shipments and we have updated our estimated delivery times to reflect this, but we are currently experiencing no delays with our DPD Next Day and International shipments.

Royal Mail – Last updated 2nd June

Deliveries and collections should take place throughout the UK this week. However, despite our best endeavours, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices. We’re working hard to collect, process and deliver as much mail and parcels as possible in difficult circumstances.

DPD – Last updated 2nd June

This weekend was incredibly busy but we are delighted to say we maintained our amazing service over the weekend, delivering what we call ‘Diamond’ service, which is over 99.9%.
